Welcome to my place on the web.
This is my ongoing body of works. Many of the areas are still pretty bare since I am only now starting to produce original work that I am proud of.
Here is a little bit about myself:
Personal Information:
I am a native Texan who moved to Maine for the climate change. I met my wife in high school and after over seven years of dating, we will be celebrating our one year wedding anniversary very soon.
I am a computer nerd who loves to figure everything out, with or without the help of others. When I am not staring at my computer screen, I love to read, create videos, and work with my hands using metal, clay, and wood.
Education:
I have a non-traditional educational background. After graduating high school a year early, I have taken the time to discover what my true passion is while working and attending community college. I attended Austin Community College and specialized in electronics with a focus on robotics.
After moving to Maine, I discovered that what I really want to do with my life is to be a game programmer. To pursue this dream, I started attending Southern Maine Community College in their Communications and New Media program with a specialization in animation and game programming. I will be graduating in May 2008.
What I Do Best:
Most of my knowledge is self-taught. Even while taking the courses at school, I would take a basic assignment such as creating a web page and transform it into something at a professional level.
I have been working as a freelance web coder while developing my portfolio. The work you will see on my site has been created using Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DS Max, Blender, Flash, and many more programs. I am a professional XHTML/CSS coder and am also highly skilled at C++, JavaScript, and ActionScript.
